Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is more like a two and a half star than three and a half star; it felt cramped and old-fashioned, but pretty clean. The service was absolutely wonderful, especially the gentleman who checked us in and went above and beyond to be helpful. The location was excellent, with plenty of good eating places nearby and close to the CBD. The dining experience was friendly, but not worth the $10.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located, just a short walk from the city center and close to the train station. The rooms were clean and great for a good night's sleep, although a bit small for two people. The service was friendly overall, but there was a misunderstanding about the bond amount I needed to pay. The dining options were decent, with a basic breakfast menu available. Overall, it's a nice place to stay if you're looking for a convenient location at a reasonable price.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the room presented was outdated and uncomfortable, with poor layout causing lack of privacy, despite efficient daily housekeeping. Some noise concerns due to close proximity of other guests. Staff offered assistance with parking and navigating the property but failed to communicate a security deposit charge. The location is convenient for train travelers but slightly distant from shopping areas. Limited dining options in the restaurant downstairs. Facilities are average.
